for lunch today: fluffernutter. do you have any idea how long it's been since i've had a fluffernutter? if i had to venture a guess, i'd go with 8 years. they always make me think of the beach, because that was the only place i ever had them as a kid. it was magically delicious but left me with that kind of sickly feeling that says, "you just ate a mound of fluffy sugar and called it lunch." i love it. i fell asleep on my powerbook last night, trying to pick photos for my portfolio and size them. (woke up after 3 a.m. with a CD on my chest and a really stiff neck.) i went back in my old flash portfolio and am horrified at how primitive my flash abilities were when i created it. i've got to hand it to myself, though... i made it do exactly what i wanted it to do... just in the most difficult and roundabout ways possible. i'm in the process of fixing that. whaddya say we eliminate the use of scenes, make the main page one frame instead of 22 (22?! carolyn, please!), and add some scrolly buttons to the negative. now about all that's left is deciding what's good enough to go in it, as well as some serious surf photo editing. now it's off to fluffernutter-induced coma bliss for a few hours.
