so i didn't technically lie about not having a valentine's day date. i had four. i went to see the butterfly effect and to dinner at maggiano's with nick, whit, jonathan, and bvd. bvd gets to be last on the list because he forgot my name. (ask him to tell you the story.) a super time was had by all. highlights from the evening included dressing the boys and when the waiter came to bring us back our credit cards. he opened the top folder on the stack, looked at it, said, "whitney!" and plopped the thing down right in front of me. i picked it up, handed it to whit, and said, "uh, he's whitney." just as whitney said in a manly voice, "uh, yeah, i'm whitney." i think the waiter felt stupid, because he started telling us about having sisters with boys' names or something else that didn't make any sense. he wasn't too super.
went on another surf trip today. eventually i'm going to get some surf pictures on the site. you'll notice i fixed the links over to the right, so i really am good for it. now go play.
